Zephyr's Magic Forest
Fear is overcome by friendship and courage, and we should never be alone.

Little Zephyr stood alone near the shimmering magic water of the desert oasis. His body was painted from smooth cedar wood, and his tiny face showed wide brown eyes filled with fear. He wore a soft blue knitted hat that sat perfectly on his wooden head. A bright red ribbon tied around his waist fluttered in the warm desert breeze. The golden sands stretched out forever under a purple twilight sky. He felt very small and very lonely in this big and quiet place. Zephyr reached for a glowing blue flower that floated on the water. His wooden fingers trembled as he tried to grab the sparkling petal. A shadowy wind whispered that he was not special enough to befriend anyone. He pulled his blue hat down tight over his eyes to hide his shaking form.
