What helps us help you
When you write, a few details make it much faster for us to sort things out:
- The email address on your account (we will never ask for your password).
- A brief description of what happened — what you did, what you expected, what you saw.
- If it is a playback or display bug, the name of the story and your device and browser.
- A screenshot, if you can — but please never send photos of children.
Reporting a story
If something in our library worries you, write to safety@laei.net with the story title. We will review it and reply with what we decided and why.
