Shopping & Customer Orders
How do I browse and purchase products on LaEi?
You can explore items using the top search bar or by browsing categories via the catalog. When viewing a product, select any options (size, color) and click "Add to Basket". Follow the streamlined checkout steps to complete your purchase.
Which currencies are supported?
LaEi natively supports Romanian Leu (RON), Moldovan Leu (MDL), British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), and US Dollars (USD). When shopping on a regional domain (such as laei.ro or laei.uk), products are automatically presented and settled in that region's domestic currency.
Where can I see my order history and tracking?
Logged-in customers can view past and active orders by visiting their Customer Orders dashboard. Once a merchant fulfills and dispatches an order, tracking details will be updated there and sent via email.
Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights
What is the return policy?
Under European Union consumer protection directives and UK consumer law, consumers have a statutory right of cancellation within 14 calendar days of receiving goods without providing a reason. Please consult our Cancellation & Returns Policy for full details and return instructions.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once a returned item is received and inspected by the fulfilling merchant, refunds are approved within 1 to 2 business days. The funds typically appear on your original payment card within 3 to 7 banking days depending on your financial institution.
Merchant Stores & SaaS Platform
Can I open an online store on LaEi today?
We are currently in Phase 2 of platform development. Self-service multi-tenant merchant store onboarding is scheduled for Phase 3. You can create an account today to reserve your merchant identifier and register interest for private beta onboarding. Learn more on our Sell with LaEi page.
Will I be able to use my own custom domain?
Yes. The LaEi platform architecture is designed to support custom domains (e.g. mystore.ro or brand.co.uk) with automated TLS/SSL provisioning, as well as complimentary regional subdomains (e.g. mystore.laei.ro).
