1. Introduction & Platform Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LaEi platform, accessible via laei.net, laei.ro, laei.md, laei.uk, and associated tenant domains (collectively, the "Platform").
LaEi provides software and catalog infrastructure enabling independent regional merchants to present, offer, and sell goods directly to consumers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific first-party offerings, contracts for the sale of goods are formed directly between the purchasing customer and the fulfilling merchant.
2. User & Merchant Accounts
When creating an account on LaEi, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Merchants registering for store operations agree to maintain valid business registration, fulfill orders in accordance with published terms, and comply with all applicable European, national, and local consumer and fiscal regulations.
3. Orders, Pricing & Multi-Currency Transactions
All product prices displayed on regional gateways include applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT / TVA) unless specified otherwise. Prices are stated in the regional gateway's designated currency (RON for Romania, MDL for Moldova, GBP for the United Kingdom, EUR/USD for Global).
An order placed by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is concluded when the fulfilling merchant transmits an order confirmation and dispatches the products.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All brand assets, software code, logos, visual designs, and database architectures of the LaEi platform are the exclusive intellectual property of LaEi. Merchants retain full ownership of their proprietary logos, trademarks, and uploaded product catalog media.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaEi provides the platform "as is" and disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which the respective regional service entity is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
